ok..where to start...obviously i have to sets of rca's run to the amp, one from the front output on my eclipse8443 and one from the rear (doublechecked)...when i plug the set for the rear into amp 2 plugin's on the amp i get sound out of the rear 2 and none out of the front, but when i plug just the front 2 into amp1 i get sound out of all the speakers(that sounds distorted), not just the front....also when i have just the rears plugged in and set them to sound good when i plug the front in the rears get way louder and more distorted sounding, but when i have all 4 plugged in i can get decent sound out of all of them..just not as loud as i would expect (barely louder than the head unit)...anyone have any ideas why it might be acting this way and how i should set both amps (all 4 channels) the way they should be set to maximize sound without distortion or popping...i also currently have my hpf on the head unit set to 500 front and rear 24db octave x-over on both..thanks in advance from a disapointed stereo enthusiest. thanks, clark.
