help with keyless entry alarm install

hi, i'm a newbie to this form...

well my problem is i have the astra 777 and i can't get the keyless entry part of the alarm to work right...i can get the unlock to unlock, but he lock just doesn't work!!! i have the right wires...it is (-) door locks....so any help would be greatly appreciated..also if do burn the wire for the lock, could i just use the auxillery button to wire up the door lock??? if i use a relay...

Try reposting in the car security forum; and would be kinda helpful to know what kind of car you're putting it itn.
