HELP with Hz and Cubes

[sisson16 10+ year member]

Wanting to build a box for a 12" Incriminator Warden. Says to tune the box to 32-37 Hz. What are the differences in these? and any suggestions on what to tune it to?

And what differences does the cubic foot make?

And how can i figure all these together for a box design?
