Help with grounding problem

if i use this

can i use 0/1 ga as the main ground and then 2 4gauge going to amps? And if the power wire is a different gauge as the grounding wire .. does it matter?

like example

I use 4gauge as the ground but have a 8gauge as the power .. does it matter?

ground wires can be as big as you want them to be.

yea .. i know but is it okay to mix the gauges .. like have a power wire that is 8gauge and then have a grounding wire that is 4gauge .. from ONE amp..

no that doesnt matter, but never have you ground wire smaller then your power wire, but it can be as big as you want.

it is imporant for your power and ground wires to be the same ga. you can mix but you def dont want a ground smaller than power.

okay .. thanks im prolly gonna have a 0/1 splitting into 2 4gauge ground and then for power ill have 4ga into 1 4gauge then 1 8gauge or maybe another 4gauge .. ill see

i usually never use disrto block for a ground.

i just run wires from the amp/s to one ground spot.

well the 0/1 gauge will be the main ground point the (2) 4ga will go to amps
