Help with glassing rear doors/ back panel

I want to glass my rear door to fit a 8" Pioneer Shallow each door

And glass my back panel to fit 2 6.75" JL speakers. Also to fit the X-over controls for the Bostons up front and the rear for JL's

I'm going to start covering the rear area in tape today. and I'll start posting pictures so you guys can see.

I've done a bit of glass before...

But Not anything like this, if anybody has any suggestions, hints or what not to do is appreciated.
