help with flip-out screen HU's

i'm thinking of switching from my kenwood kdc-mp828 to a 1-din flip-out touchscreen deck. i'm not real excited on the price of these things new, so if i do buy something i'm most likely going to buy used from somewhere. from what i've seen w/ my current headunit, it seems to have a pretty extensive amount of eq controls....but i could be totally wrong about that considering my knowledge level when it comes to car audio.

so with that said, what models of in-dash touchscreen units should i look for that would have the same amount, or more, of eq controls. i don't want to spend $500+ on an older model flip-out screen model, if i'm going to lose sound quality.
