help with enclosure design for 2 hdc315's in trunk

I'm in the process of designing an enclosure to fit 2 hdc315's in my jetta's trunk. Was wonderin' if it how it would affect the sound with the subs facing up and the vent/port facing back. Also, if I have a common chamber for the subs would it have lower tuning, opposed to putting a divider down the center of the same box? Er..what I mean is my trunk/this box design only has 6.2cu ft of airspace, would I get better performance using a divider or leaving it shared chamber?

Also, is it okay to have the vent lining the bottom side of the enclosure like this?
