I have my 05 L7 15" on a 4.2 ported box using 3"X9" Aeroports, and it wangs real hard, if you got the space try getting some of the biggest boxes from moe lester plans here in car audio and i think it would sound great.

My L7s have 4.14cuft each and each box is tuned to 36hz but Im only giving each of them 500w right now. I havnt got it metered but im guessing its hitting at least 146 right now but im not 100% sure about that at all. Anyway, it pounds way more than I thought it would. Especially with only 500w a piece

yea, im going to be running my single 15" L7 off a power acoutik amp at 1 ohm, so at aboout 2300w RMS. What kind of box would i need for this set up?

I'd keep the box under 5 cubes. L7's dont need that much. 3 to 4.5 imo

alright so, my 15" L7 should be in about 4 cubes, and what should i tune the box too? i just need this question answered to that i can match everything with moe lesters plans and build.

30-35hz sounds nice.

Ide put them in about 4.5 cubes.

Its only 1 15" i dont know if you might be refering to 2 15's in 4.5 cubes when you say" put them"
