Help with dynamat install please

I bought a trunk kit of dynamat extreme. Where in the trunk is the best place to put it. I did the main part of the lid and behind my licence plate. All the plastic around my license plate still rattles. How can i fix that? also can dynamat be used to seal big holes. My rear deck (where the rear speakers are vibrates like crazy could I put some dynamat on the frame under it to seal it off? or is that a waste? Where else do people put this stuff?

I'll put up some Pics/vids tomorow if this is unclear.
