help with distribution block

i've just purchased a audio pipe distribution block it's fused. has 4 leds and a volt meter. i hooked to my power wire and when i turn my truck off it's going to stay on naturally. it has a ground connected to one of the screw mounting holes. when the screws are grounded it comes on and stays on when i take the grounded screws out it goes off completely.I would like to have it turn off with the rest off my system without any extra switches and stuff.

it should just turns off by its self after a lttle. no need to mess with it.

i've tried that it was on for a bout an hour and wouldnt go off?

usually they just go off, but i guess you could setup a relay for it to turn on/off with

im new to all the relay stuff how would i go about doing that?
