Help with Diamond S500s comps

So I have the 5.25" S500s components installed, powered off "150" watts. They just don't seem to have any midbass though. the stock speakers in most new cars bump almost twice as hard as these it seems like. I would like some help on setting them up and messing with the crossovers and such..

They are powered off a Power Acoustik 150x4 amp.

Stock systems use a lot of built in EQ to give them some (phony) punch.

Deaden the doors, then if that doesnt improve it enough you'll have to consider adding an EQ.

should i expect much midbass from these speakers though? I know they're small and more oriented for super crisp high end, but i still expected some lower mids in there. How can i mess with the crossovers to flatten the highs slightly from the tweets and lower the frequency slightly of the mids? I have the bass turned on +8 on my headunit and the treble on -2/-3 to produce the sound I like. I wanna make it so that +8 is just 0 and I can get them higher if I want.

Diamond audio comps don't have any midbass. Get used to it.

alright, i dont have a problem with it, i was just wanting to make sure i didnt install them right or set them up wrong and that's why i wasn't having much midbass..
