Help with decision!

I have a 2004 Mustang GT and I bought a screen for my car. Thing is, it's in dash, and it doesn't have a usb port(which I would like) What I would like to know is, is there a USB receiver I can put under it to make it play on my in dash screen radio? I could just get a cheap USB Stereo system but that's pointless. I don't want the FM tuner either. Any help?

Like, I have a USB MP3 player, and there are radios with USB ports on them. I have a in dash screen for my car that doesn't have a USB port and was wondering if I could get a reciever for it, like a screen uses a DVD receiver.
