Help with deadner? SUV OWNERS

Get some weather stripping.
Before you do that, Try adjusting the latch mechanism so that the window closes a little tighter. Mine was absolutly horrible and I tried some weather stripping, but all it did was leave gaps for rain water to leak in. I took the weather stripping off and then adjusted the latch as far toward the front of the vehicle as possible. You have to push it a little harder to close it, but it really helps...

I have a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder and i also am having problems with my trunk rattling. Are you talking about the rear glass?

Your's may not look anything like this, it for a Ford Explorer...

If you can take a pic of the same area of your vehicle, I can show you what to do...

You'll have to take the molding off. Once you do, there should be a couple of bolts securing the latch mechanism in place. Loosen them and push the entire mechanism toward the front of the vehicle. Once its all the way forward, hold it in place and re-tighten the bolts...

If there is something different under the molding, take a pic of that and we'll go from there...
