to use campus internet we have to have a program called "cisco clean access agent" well my computers ****in up and when i try to connect this is what it says

please download and install the required software before accessing network

name: windows critical update validation failure

location: http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate

description:all critical updates must be isntalled to gain unlimited access to the resnet network.

but everytime i goto windows update, it says eveyrthing is up to date! ive already done a "system restore" that basically reinstalls windows but leaves all the data and it still dident help... im having to use 20 minute passes and its totally lame

clean access blows, ask someone in network services.

i wouldn't have a computer if i still didn't live at home and had mom to fix it. well i would have one but it would have a blue screen.
