help with choices please.

I'm torn between two choices. Buying 2 DC lvl 3 15s and run them close to rated power or buying 2 Orion hcca 12s and running one at rated power until I can afford to upgrade amps and supporting electrical. What would y'all do?

If you have the room for an 7-8 cubic feet NET enclosure the 15s would get louder.

I have plenty of room. I've been reluctant to post this because I don't want to hear some of the negativity but... Around 24cf GROSS. (2) kicker cvr 18s. I'm not expecting these to be crazy loud or anything just a fun idea I had. That's why I was looking into some other subs. I'll have this in my truck by next weekend.

bro.. 24 cubes get 4 of these, for the same price as orions HT18 18″ Subwoofer | Stereo Integrity You'll get pretty crazy loud and low with good highs and overall SQ. While not too taxing on your electrical system, Subs can handle a 3.5k amp after rise.

5 cubes tuned to 28hz-32hz the rest is for port area and bracing/double baffling. You'll get a lot farther with your money and have a lot more fun with your money in comparison with the other two.

That company is linked to sundown so the quality is there.

The DC subs are 400 "used" but still new in box. And the Orion's are 600 for 2 used.

these are just a little bit more than the orions but you get that warranty and 4.5x the cone area.
