help with capacitor wiring

You need a better battery, and a bigger alternator, a cap won't help that problem, it'll probably make it worse.

As to how to wire it, tie and sized wire onto either of the terminals, make sure it's good and tight... now start to swing it around in a circle above your head, until it gets going really fast (That's why you need to tie it REALLY tight). When it's going in a direction that nothings in the way, let go of the wire... Voila!

Well my systems been putin a big strain on my electrical system cause it was takin out more from the battery than the alternator could put in so that's why I got the capacitor

Its a band aid solution... and think the crappy band aids from the dollar store.

God im such a noob I hate myself. I knew I shouldn't of got that. Well anyways I have a brand new optima yellow top. I was lookin at iraggi alts but their a lil pricy should I just spent the money or are their other good ones?

yeah the cap proly wont help none and will proly strain you electrical even more trying to keep it cgarged but as far as wiring connect it to the ground get a 12v light bulb attach a wire to the pos term. on the cap first the on the other side connect the power wire to the bulb and wait for the bulb to turn all the way off and then connect it directly

here i'll help you wire the cap since no one here wants to help you.

take the positive terminal and wire it to a shoe lace, take the other side of the shoe lace and wire it to the negative side. this should give you a nice handle to hold it and chuck it into the trash.

seriously at least answer his question a little..

there should be instructions with the cap. If not, go to the rf webiste to the knowledge base. There will be exact wiring diagrams there.

Yes batteries would be better but since you already have the cap, you might as well use it.

Well I got a tc sounds t9 runnin iff an mtx rfl serious 1200watt amp(not sure the model),and I had a kenwood 400w runnin mids and highs which is now in my girfriends car. But the problem is the little tiny 60a alt that's in my truck
