Help with bridging alpine mrp-f300

Hey guys,

Not a CA wizard, and the manual is confusing me a bit... Trying to bridge it to power my ID comps up front. Can someone tell me where everything should go? (Speaker Wires, RCAS)

front channels,use the left pos. and right neg.for your speaker wires

same for the rear,so the front would be the left,the rear will be the right...

then use "y" adaptors to put the left into the front rca's and the right in the rears....
