help with armed output for viper

[hemi=22s 10+ year member]

ok got both dei window modules in one off channel 4 other off channel 5 everything works perfect except when i arm the alarm i want the windows to go up

there is currently nothin hooked up to the orange wire(output when armed, i tried hooking the wire directly up and nothing so i disconnected it

how do i make this work???
