Help with amp install 2014 4Runner

I have a Toyota 4runner SR5 Premium. It has Entune premium system with 8 speakers and navigation. It is not the JBL.

I put in two amps, a sub in a box, and new speakers in the front and rear doors today.

I cut the pink, purple, light green and blue wires, connected them to a high-level to RCA cable (Amazon.com: Rockford Fosgate Speaker Line To Female RCA Adapter: Car Electronics ) which I sent to the amp with RCA cables, then ran new speaker wires from amp to crossovers, then from crossovers to front speakers (mids and tweeters).

I did the same with the high level to RCA for the rear speakers, but didn't run new wires as they are not component speakers. Just ran wires back up behind the HU and connected to original wires there.

I fed 2nd amp via the pass-through on the first amp, then ran a speaker wire to the trunk for the sub.

I have great sound in the rear and in the sub but no sound at all in the front.

Problem #2 is that sometimes after a few seconds or a minute or two the volume will start to decrease, then I get no sound at all until I turn off the car and on again. The amps get power, it's very strange.

The light green and blue wires I cut behind the HU seemed thinner than the rest. I cut those and the pink and purple from the largest harness.

Any ideas what the problem is or are? Thanks!

Update after my drive to the gym and back home then to work this morning.

So it happened again. After about a minute of audio, the volume on the rear speakers and sub started to fade until it went away completely. I hit the power button on the HU to turn it off. After a few seconds, I started to hear an increasing louder hum coming out of the back speakers until it culmiated with a soft pop. After which, the audio came back. Stayed on for teh remainder of the ride to the gym.

Same thing happened on the drive home, but when the audio came back, it only came back in the right channel.

Same thing happened on the drive to work, but when it came back, it only came back in the left channel.

BTW: i have the front RCAs into the amp unplugged until I can figure this out.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I'm thinking I'm going to to undo the cuts behind the HU and wire it back up to original, but I'd hate to give up....

OK so no replies or input here, but I figured it out. The Rockford fosgate high-level to RCA converters were not compatible with my rockford fosgate amp. I swapped them out for a set of Scosche LOCs and it now works fine.
