Curious what amp to get for my subs?

I have two 12" Audiobahn AW1251T subwoofers rated @400w RMS each (800w RMS together), wondering what sort of sub amp I would need to get to adequately power the subs. . I realize I need either a mono or two-channel amp, but as far as bridging the two woofers to a mono amp, what would I be looking at? And if I spring for a two-channel, would I just need to match the RMS wattage of the amplifier to the RMS wattage of the woofers combined?

I am also looking at this Soundstream TA4.720 amplifier for my speakers, but would love other recommendations.

I have nothing installed just yet, but here are the components I have ready to be installed right now:

2x Kenwood KFC-6994PS 6"x9" speakers for rear

2x Kenwood KFC-1694PS 6.5" speakers for front doors

1x Kenwood KDC-258U head unit

2x Audiobahn 12" subwoofers (been boxed for years, not sure model # but I know they are 400w RMS each)

So any amp then basically, rated 1000w RMS @1ohm, would cover me? Sorry for the basic lack of knowledge, had components (subs) from an old system my dad had paid for from an old car and the rest of the stuff I recently bought to get installed in my new car. Just want to do it right and not blow out the amp and/or subs and speakers.

This specifically was one I found TA1.1000D - Tarantula - Amplifiers - Car Audio
