Help with Amp for 2 JL 12w3-D6's

I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend an amp that would work for 2 JL 12w3 Dual 6 Ohm subs. Due to their age I was thinking around 400-450 RMS instead of the full 600 because I don't want to risk the chance of blowing them. Also, I would rather not pay the price for an impedance matching amp or wiring them at 1.5 ohms because I don't think I can afford the price of a 1 ohm stable amp.

Thanks.

I would find a 2 channel that does around 200 per channel at 4 ohms wire both subs to 3 ohms and you shouls have around 250 per sub. Personally i would grab a quart 4125 bridged it and have a little head room.

Would a 2 ohm 4 ohm stable amp be stable at 3 ohms though?
Yes if it is stable down to 2 ohm it will be fine for 3 ohm. With decent electrical most 2 ohm stable amps will run at 1.5. Any way after box rise you most likely will be over 2 ohms anyhow
