Help with a mtx te4001d

I have this amp and the rca inputs seem kinda messed up sometimes when i turn it on it wont work and ill have to wiggle the rcas around to get it back on.. only sometimes though, and i have taken this thing apart and the rca connections all look good no broken sautering or nothing. any suggestions?
