help with 89 buick century

ok i just picked up a new whip yesterday and it turns out the back seats dont fold down and theres this metal bar across the back of the back seats when looking in from the trunk

any ideas on what i should do? just rip out everything behind the back seats? the thing im worried about is my system will sound like shit since its a complete cutoff between the cabin/trunk

also how do i go about rippin out the stock radio ? thanks!

taking out the rear speakers would be start to getting more bass up front
