I have this MTX amp that I have not been using and would like to hook it up to my rear db651's.

I am wiring dumb and would love some ideas on how to best wire the amp to the 2 rear speakers.

Thanks for any input!!!
sorry man but God gave man the ability to cure everything except for stupidity. try reading the manual.

Not that your response deserves another one but I have read the manual on pdf and it does not show any wiring diagrams.

It's a 4 channel amp but I am trying to run just 2 speakers......and the speakers are 4 ohm speakers.

I am not familiar if I need to just run it as normal or if it would be better to bridge it somehow to get more power to just the 2 speakers.....if that is the case I do not know how to bridge an amp wiring wise.

I'm glad your so smart that you feel the need to belittle everyone that comes to the Wiring, Electrical and Installation Help forum for Wiring, Electrical, and Installation Help.

There are a few ways you could wire them. Are they single voice coil or dual? Single you would have to bridge them. To bridge them hook up a wire from the negative farthest on one side to the positive farthest on the other. Then hook up the subs into the other terminals. If it doesn't work then hook up that small piece of wire into the pos and neg in the very middle. Some amps are different. But that is how you bridge it.

I believe they are single voice coil.....I will give it a shot without the little wire and if not then I'll add it. Thank you very much for helping me with that part of my question!
