HELP!! Wiring 2 MA Audio subs to 1 Mono Kenwood Amp!?!

Hey, I've got 2 dual 4 ohm MA Audio 600 Watt Subwoofers and I just got a Kenwood Excelon 1200 Watt Mono Amplifier (KAC-X10D) and I'm wondering what the best way to wire these would be to get the deepest, loudest bass!? Also, I was under the impression that a mono amp would only have 1 channel out, but there appears to be two, can anyone explain this to me?

no not all mono amps have only 1 channel output there are alot that are internally bridged, that kenwood amp i dont think is 1 ohm stable so your going to have to wire each speaker in parallel so it owuld be at 2 ohms

It actually is 1 ohm stable, which I've heard would be the best option, do you know how I would get it to run on 1 ohm?

Parallel them down to the amp for a total of a 1ohm load (assuming the amp can handle it). The two sets of outputs are for easier wiring, but rest assured its a mono block (the two +'s are connected together inside the amp, as are the -'s)

It is 1 oh stable?

if it is which I still am not positive on.

Then just connect all 4 positive to the positive on the amp and all 4 negs to the negative on the amp that would be 1 ohm.

It only has one channel, with two sets of connections.

Think of a wire splitting into 2, now shove that into the amp, and just have the 2 ends coming out. They look like two different connections, but its the same thing...

Ok, I think I understand now, so it won't matter which one of the connections I plug into because they're the same thing... I get it now. Thanks guys.

What is the model number on your subs?

Your amp is stable to 1 ohm according to the manufacturer.

Parallel all + wires together and all - wires together for a final load of 1 ohm.
