Help Why is my Jensen VM9224 Head unit not working

Ok I bought a Jensen VM9224 off someone and I swear its all plugged in right the power button comes on but nothing on screen and I dont understand if its got power and the power buttons on why aint the screen can anyone help me cause if not im taking one heck of a loose on cash Thanks in Advance

April 19th Update

I have used a voltage meter and the red and yellow wires both get 12 volts like they should wtf I really dont know whats wrong with this head unit anyone know?
