If the computer does Wireless-N get an N router. The touch is only Wireless-G, but it will still work with a Wireless-N router. I have a Netgear RangeMax Next Wireless-N router and I had me and my three roommates playing COD4 wirelessly on separate xbox 360 consoles (Which isn't Wireless-N) while streaming music from computer to computer for listening pleasure, and one of us was always host. Granted I have business class roadrunner, but a Wireless-N router will handle all of the traffic just fine. I've used Linksys and Netgear and I've never had any trouble with any of my Netgear routers, and none of my Linksys routers were bad except the last one. The Netgear Wireless-N beat that Linksys Wireless-N router in speed, distance, and reliability too.
I'd get a Netgear and look for one that says Rangemax Next because that's their fancy stuff.
If the computer you get doesn't support Wireless-N then I'd say pretty much any Linksys or Netgear because Wireless-G is old and everybody makes them these days. Wireless-N is still fairly new (depending on how tech-savvy a person talking to you is, it's either 8 years old, or 6 months).
