Help w/ UPS for international Shipping

I'm trying to give a shipping qoute for a guy in Russia for my broken JL 300/2 Amp.

I'm shipping from Minnesota to Canada today via USPS in case you are trying to imply they do not ship out of the United States. They only want $33 bucks versus like 50+ from fedex and ups wouldn't even quote me online (not sure why). DHL wanted like $90...

when shipping international it's best to ship from the post office. if shipping to canada i still use ups.

yup..usps is the cheapest and easiest route for international shipments from my experience.
