Help w/ ported box design for JL 12w7

I could use some help w/ the box schematics for a JL 12w7. Looking for a ported box within the following: 37widthx13depthx20height

I want something with a blend of decent spl and sq. I know the measurements are small, but i was hoping it would be enough for a ported box w/o going into fiberglassing like i did on my last one.
