help w/ fuses

ok here goes, do i need to fuse both power wire and alt. to positive battery wire? if my power wire goes to fused distro. block, does it need to be fused prior to go to the block?

dont really think so...but always remember u can never use too many fuses

but doubt u need to use one

yes fuse the power wire within 18" of the battery. for the alt. depending on the length maybe not. the wire going from my alt. to battery is only 12" long so i chose not to fuse it. if it's longer i would fuse it.
