help tweeters making scratching noises

hey today i put my system on and all of a sudden i turned it up a little bt and i can hear my tweeters making a scratching screeching type sound.

i checked the grounds on the amp and they look find both tweeters are doing this what should i do..

you probably blew them, or you are giving them a bad signal somewhere
