Help Tuneing please-Not a box

OK First I am sorry if this is a long post, I know the community hates long post, but I have a few things I need some advice on....

First I need help in tuning my set up which is below in my Sig--

I have had my HU Imprinted which truly sounds amazing when I use the 2 loaded scopes I chose from the imprint, but this is for maximum SQ and really cuts back the DB,s more of just a Rollin supremacy setting .

Anyways I like to go full tilt as well, so I switch it off and the base drops the speakers sound like *** front stage is overbearing mid 6.5's distort center fill is non existent, I'm like WTF I try and set the crossover settings in the deck and mess with the EQ, I just don't understand all the settings

Can someone shed some light on what my settings should be,

my crossover menu reads as follows

LL--LR--ML-MR-HL-HR

which settings should these be @?, like what HRTZ for each?

what is a slope?, that one just confuses me

maybe someone who uses the same deck can help me out..

Also my amp,

Subsonic filter on/off???

Freq setting??

Punch EQ setting--not external

Gain, I have just about 1/4 over half

again sry for such a long post but I just cant seem to get it right thnx in advance guys
