Help Trouble Shoot Distortion Problem!?

First time I've ever experience this but does anyone know why my front and rear speakers would have a distorted sound when the bass is really low in my sub. My CD player is set to Vocal with the bass on -6. This didn't start until I installed my amp and sub. Its like its sending a signal back to the speakers.
