Amp came with car, old owner kept woofer.

I have these woofer already.

Is this to much power?

Is there any way i can use it?

What would you recommend me to do?

AMP: kenwood KAC-9104d 1800 Watts Maximum Output, 900 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms

SUBS: 2 12inch pioneer TS-SW3001s2|S4 1500W max 400watt nominal 2 ohms (each)

Wire them in series to get 4 ohms. You won't be getting the maximum potential out of the amplifier, but it is your only option with those subs.

I just went based on the specs you listed. If the amp is indeed 1 ohm stable wire them up in parallel @ 1 ohm and you will be set.
