Please explain your point here. (honest question) yea, clipping is over powering your amp, but not your sub.

A 500 watt amp can often clip out well over 1000 watts, so if you have a 1000 watt sub that isn't capable of handling much more than that = blown sub, then you get some retard who concludes that the cause of the blown sub is too little power...thus, this retarded discussion
