why would you want to quit smoking? what if you got hit by a bus tomorow? it would be a lot nicer to go out with a smoke.

not to mention lets not forget how cool you look puffin on that fattie, you REALLY wanna give that up too?

So just quit. If your really sick of it and had enough, just stop. Thats what i did, after smoking for 7 years. Stay away from things that you associate smoking with, such as booze.

I quit but if I get super drunk nothing can stop me from smoking so I stopped binge drinking and try to keep it to 5 or less in a night to prevent me from smoking. I did not feel the need to use any products to quit

just think of how black your lungs are and how you will look like with a hole in your throat when they have to do that one surgery.
