Easiest way is mdf and fiberglass.

i know this if i form fit a peice of mdf to the rear deck how do i go about fastening it to the rear deck?

ive never thought about doing a ib before sorry for so many questions i usually just build a box and go from there

well, it will form and seal well, you can make quite a few shapes out of it that you can't with mdf...It's uses and applications are limitless hmmm
