[help]stock h/u & adding amp

Like would this work?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=32808&item=5761498827&rd=1

I dont want the sub to flex when the car is running, thats what is wrong with another friend of mines sub. His flexes when the motor is running even when the stereo isnt turned up.

All Im asking is do I need this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=32808&item=5761498827&rd=1

and this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7962326797&category=38636&sspagename=WDVW

or just the first one?

Again I dont want the sub to be flexing while the car is running. But Im not sure if the first one will cancel that out or not....
