Help! Squealing MD2D...

Hi all. I could use some help here. I just bought the MD2D from Dozy_Production and I hooked it up and all I get from it is a high pitched squeal from the amp itself. No output at all. The power light is on as expected and the protection light is not.

Any ideas?
