Help selecting an amp

I am buying one audioque SD 8" sub, because I don't have enough room for anything else. Don't know anything about any of the specs except wattage. 300 watts RMS or 900 max. I found an amp that "might" work, but I don't know much about amps. I know it's 200 watts over, but could I fix that? And if not, could I get some suggestions for a somewhat cheap amp that WOULD work?

Should work fine, headroom is always good to have when it comes to sub/amp combos. Just watch setting your gains and you be fine.
