Help removing shoulder harness bolt

'98 Pontiac. Shoulder harness belt is held with a large GM bolt (maybe brass), round head maybe 1/2" shaft and head has a special pattern like 7-8 spokes (looks like a star). Not an allen wrench head. Tried to turn this bolt with pliers, definitely won't budge. Do I need a special GM tool? Any suggestions? I need to remove the backseat plastic side panel and this bolt is in the way!

 
Yeah, most modern seat belts are held in with torx bolts. That being said, they are very common, so your local auto parts stores should have them (if they sell tools). Some stores will rent out tools... I'd check on that unless you plan on having to do this often.

i always said that if u have to borrow the tool more than twice.... u need to get one ureself.
