does any1 know if the mtx rt2400x is a good amp?

i was going to buy 1 off my friend, it has 3x30amp fuses, he says its from 1999

would this thing be enough to power 2 12's?

mtx makes descent amps...will it push two twelves???depends on what kind of sub...
