I just recently bought a Memphis 16-MC1000D amp and was wondering if with my subs can it be ran at 1 ohm, here are the specs for the subs and amp.

Subs:

This is what my wiring looks like in my car.

If its not possible @ 1 ohm then 2 would be good also. If you need more info let me know.

Is it safe to run these subs @1100 watts wwhen the max speaker power is 1200W? Only reason I'm asking is cuz I have the amp running at 1 ohm after listening to a few songs my subs were smokin a bit. Should I stay with this amp or go with a amp with more power @ 4 ohms?
