subs: thinkin of power acoustik fubr 1800 max 700rms

WILL THESE SUBS ALLOW ME TO CRANK UP MY AMP? I had to keep the settings on low for 2 pionner 1000 watt 400rms

and why did u have to keep the settings on low for a 800w rms load with the 2 pioneers on a 600w rms amp ?????

im getting two subs Bimma, and Blaze the pioneer's were starting to fluttter with the gain half way up and the bass boost all the way down. the pioneers are svc if that helps. but the alpine amp was giving them hell. i just want to know these fubr 12'' will allow me to crank up the power level on the amp.
