help picking out sub

i was looking around for a single 12 that sounds nice.its going in a 2001 impala.

i was looking at w7 for some time but found a rockford fosgate 12 t1 that was half the price. i read some places and asked local shop they say it would run the same if not better then a w7. never heard w7 or t1 so i figured some one on hear here.

How much power are going to run? We need more info...

ill just say theres better for the price what are you looking for how much power do you have to go on it and do you have the electrical to back it up?

jl is good quality stuff but you are paying for the name

you want mainly sound quality or output or both

the W7 does both, thats why its considered an SQL sub

SQ = Sound Quality

SPL = LOUD!!!

SQL = a mix of both
