Help picking head unit?

Hello everyone thanks for reading this. I'm new to the audio field and am setting up my first and hope you guys could give me some advice on head units.

Here is the list of things I want from a head unit:

USB compatibility, I want to use a flash drive to keep my music on and would prefer that the flash drive be in the glove compartment or something, not sticking out of the HU.

I've heard some HUs will only let you keep a limited number of songs in each folder on your flash drive, or only let you play one folder at a time etc. I don't want that.

Good sound quality/low distortion

This is for a scion tc so double din is ok

The HUs I have in mind so far in no particular order are:

kenwood x996

KDC-BT952HD

KIV-701

pioneer 9400

80prs

8400

7400

FH-P8000BT

I'm not sure all of these meet my requirements but if you guys have any others I should consider or want to make recommendations I'd appreciate it.

If your using .mp3's... pretty much forget about sound quality, or at least use 320kb/sec files

Ive heard good things about the 80prs (i would stay away from the other pioneers based on my last pioneers performance)
