Help Picking a new whip

Sup guys. . . no flame please.... So about 2 years ago when I turned 16 I saved up 3,200 And bought a car. Nothing to crazy it was a 99 Gm Ponatic sunfire 2.2 4door. with 118k on it. So I have a buyer on the car for 2,600$ Has 125K on it now...So I'm moving back to the islands next Sunday, my mom is shipping her Bmw Z4 2door convert with 9k miles on it, its cheaper to ship it then to sell it. And I have been driving my dads 2001 f150 triton XL box, single cab. Since he is always in the island working thats what I like driving for the past 3 months. We are shipping this back to be used as a work vechicle for my paps store. I could possibly get him to sell me the truck for around 4k. I can't choose if I want a car for around 3k And I will have 2k to spend into car audio right away, or get a truck and try to work on some small box behind the seats, or get a suv. I really like driving my moms daily suv (explorer 07') theres so much room in the back for a nice system.. I only have around 5k-6k CI for a new whip and i can't decide what to pick. This will be my second whip and it will last me a long time. So if you had to pick between a truck, a car, or a suv what would you guys get???

SUV, can find and older Jeep Grand Cherokee or Cherokee for like 3k or so. They will last a good amount of time also, the engines and trannys last forever. My brother is still driving his Grand Cherokee w/ 265k on original engine/****** and it runs mint.

I'm looking for a car that has a nice trunk space to run a system..... I see jeep cher all over there for around 2-3k...I could boggle my dad down for giving me the truck for 4k since its my 18 b day and every thing...so getting a truck that would be the only option because there so expensive http://www.ecaytrade.com/detail.php?id=40684 I'm really happy to get my nightshade though.... I don't have enough cash to run 2 18s but i think 1 18 off 2500 rms or a sundown 3000d would be plenty...I think a jeep cher would be ok what do they get for gas mileage do you think?

Ok im gonna get a suv then...I heard that chero. are pretty rattley... I'm going to use damplifer Pro in the trunk then damplifer lite on the head liner and in the doors //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif that should be fine...I might need another layer of lite on the back head liner i seen some mad flexing on them.

They get sh*tty gas mileage, even the V6 only gets like 15-20mpg at the most.
