Im looking into purchasing a new sub. Right now Im running a 12in L7 in a 3.0ft^3 box tuned @ 32hz I believe....But Im looking to get a smaller sub; preferably a 10in. I'm looking for something small in size, but still wangs!. Needs to have decent sq but im definitely more of a bass head.... I would love for it to hit as loud as my 12 now. Im just looking to downsize b/c the box is weighing my rear end to the point where my suspension sags....

Any ideas?? I was thinking RE SX 10?....

wow, there is nothing more chinese than that! BTW, just for clarification, the 443oz is for the whole motor, top plate, T-yolk and magnets and probably the rubber magnet boot also to get that #. If the dude wants something that wangs and is smaller, he should understand that it's going to be lower in total output if he plans on tuning it to whale flatulence like his last box was. If he tunes higher to 40-45Hz then the port area is likely to be closer to that of his 3 cube box. Stop tuning crap that low and make the system loud. Build a 1.5 net cube box with a 25sq" port x 15" long and tell us what you think. And throw away that damt Win ISD or relative software.

it's still one massive sub, and i'm willingto try it out, if its replacing the xtreme series it will be a excellent sub

Right now I have a an mtx 801d amp...but if necessary I'd get more power. Im just looking for a good 10inch sub that pounds. Its going in an Infiniti I35 btw. If I can get something to hit hard in a sealed box, Id go for it, but I was planning on staying ported...
