I am thinking of getting the alpine type x 12

i have 2 kicker l7s in a chambered box now in a ex cab s10 no room

I want to go with 1 12in in a sealed box and about a 600 watt amp

anyone want to take a stab at what is going to sound the best as far as spl and sq

Yeah, going from 2 ported 12L7s to one sealed Type X would be a huge step down. Maybe an AA Arsenal? Why only 600w? You're not running those 2 L7s off of 600w are you?!

oh no the lz are getting 1100 watts off a 1000d @ 1 ohm with one dvc4ohm the amp will drop to 600 watts

"help me pick my sub" if you spell sub backwards it spells bus... next letter in alphabet after S is 'T' x 2 = help me pick my BUT(T)

why doesnt anyone study/research this forum for their answers first? SPL or SQL... big difference, if you are serious. Wanna save space and go for sql? sounds like you already answered your question... the same one that has been asked in here a 100 times.
