Help on this Sub and Amp

I am trying to get a pretty decent system in my 2008 VW Rabbit hatchback. I have been looking on the internet and going to local dealers for some subwoofers. The cheapest i found that is affordable is a DB Drive K3 12D4 12'' subs for $75.

I also found this DB Drive A5800.1 D Amp for $140. I need some professional help from you guys that know what your talking about and with better knowledge than me. Is this sub and amp pretty decent to have in my vehicle?

depends on your budget.there's alot out there
